The Marina is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The town centre of Guardamar del Segura is approximately 5 minutes by car. It contains supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is required prior to the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
