A spacious apartment located in the town of Guardamar, only 3 minutes from fine wide blue flag beaches. The main street of the town with many shops, cafes and restaurants is only 5 minutes away. Gaurdamar also has a pleasant public park in the centre of the town which is also within easy walking distance. Gaurdamar has a vibrant open air market every Wednesday morning

Alicante airport is 25 minutes drive. Murcia airport is 45 minutes drive.

A frequent bus service runs from to Alicante, La Marina, Elche and other local towns.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing	Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar : £ 200 per week Apr, May, Sep, : £ 250 per week Jun, Jul, Aug : £ 300 per week
Payment and deposits	A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is required prior to the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
Pets	Pets are not accepted
