Villa Details

This spacious and well-appointed villa is located in the heart of Guardamar del Seguara. The villa is next to the shady and well-kept Reina Sofia park. Some of the best beaches in Spain are less than a 5 minute stroll. Fine restauarants, supermarkets, cafes and bars are all within easy walking distance. Guardamar has a street market every Wednesday morning. There are no discos or clubs; the apartment is ideal for a family holiday or for mature people. The villa is well furnished and equipped throughout.

Alicante Airport is less than 30 minutes drive. Torrevieja, La Marina, Santa Pola, Alicante and Elche are all an easy drive. But if you don't want to drive, a car is not needed for a holiday in this apartment and we can collect you from the airport.

A frequent bus service runs to Alicante, Elche and other local towns

Lounge The villa has a large lounge/dining room with a dining table and four chairs, sofa and a coffee table.

Dining Room No separate dining room

Double Bedrooms There are two double bedrooms. The principal bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have roof fans.

Single Bedrooms One single bedroom with a single bed, fitted wadrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathrooms Two fitted bathrooms, both with bath and shower.

Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Terraces The apartment has a large balcony equipped with a table, umberella and four chairs.

Garden No garden

Parking/garages There is plenty of easy street parking.

Pool No pool, but the beach is only 200 metres away.

Additional Details
Fully furnished with linen and towels.
Kitchen stocked with a complete set of glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing

May/June : £ 265 (390 €) per week

July/August : £ 315 (460 €) per week

September : £ 265 (390 €) per week

October to April : £ 210 (310 €) per week

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is also required 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
