Apartment Details

This apartment is located in the pueblo of La Marina, 20 minutes drive south of Alicante. La Marina is noted for its fine, unspoilt beaches. The village is separated from the beach by a wide strip of dunes and pine forest approximately one kilometer in depth. The beach is less than 5 min drive, or a pleasant stroll of 15 to 30 minutes depending on the route and speed of walking.

The village of La Marina contains bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a small supermarket. All parts of the village are easily accessible on foot.

A frequent bus service runs to Alicante, Guardamar, Elche and other local towns.

Lounge The apartment has a single large living room area furnished with a sofa bed, two single chairs, a dining table and four chairs and a TV with 30 channels.

Dining Room No seperate dining room

Double Bedrooms Large double bedroom containing a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Single Bedrooms None

Bathrooms One large bathroom with also containing a washing machine.

Kitchen The kitchen is seperated from the living area by a breakfast bar in an arched wall. The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, standard oven and gas hob, toaster, kettle and ample cupboard space.

Terraces A balcony opens off the living area.

Parking/garages No private parking - plenty of unrestricted street parking

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is required prior to the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
