Apartment Details

The villa is located in the town of La Marina, 20 minutes drive south of Alicante. It is in a complex of 28 similar villas clustered around a pool. The complex has a mixed community of residents and holiday visitors. It is an ideal location for mature visitors and families. It is a calm and tranquil place with no discoteques. Bar Madra (Spanish run) is 5 minutes walk from the villa. It is open ´til late. It has live music at the week-ends, a lovely terrace on which to relax and serves food all day. La Marina also has many other bars, restaurants and cafes (both English and Spanish), as well as a three supermarkets. The pool is open from 9am to 9pm. La Marina is noted for its fine, unspoilt beaches which are approximately 10 minutes by car. Shops and restaurants are 10 to 15 minutes walk. La Marina has an open air market on Thursday and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00.

A frequent bus service runs to Alicante, Guardamar, Elche and other local towns.

A car is recommended for this villa.

Lounge The apartment has a large living room area furnished with a sofa bed, single chairs, a dining table and four chairs and a TV with 30 channels.

Dining Room No seperate dining room

Double Bedrooms One large double bedroom containing a double bed and cupboards.

Single Bedrooms Two large twin bedrooms each with two single beds.

Bathrooms One family bathroom, a shower room and a downstairs toilet.

Kitchen The kitchen is seperated from the living area by an arch. The kitchen is fully fitted.

Terraces The villa has a large sunny roof terrace with open air showerand fantastic views of the mountains.

Garden The Villa has a tiled terrace.

Parking/garages One private parking space.

Kitchen stocked with a complete set of glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing

Jul, Aug : £ 270 (410 €) per week

Jun, Sep : £ 220 (329 €) per week

Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May
and Oct, Nov, Dec, : £ 190 (283 €) per week
Winter Lets (3 or 6 months) : £ 450 (650 €) per month

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is also required 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
