Apartment Details

Located just outside the village of La Marina in the Southern Costa Blanca, this has views across salt lakes and dunes to the sea and the island of Tabarca. The beach is an easy stroll. The village of La Marina which has bars, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, a small supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie is less than 5 minutes drive or a gentle 15 minute walk.

Alicante airport is 25 minutes drive. Murcia airport is 45 minutes drive.

A frequent bus service runs to Alicante, Guardamar, Elche and other local towns.

Lounge The apartment has a single large living area furnished with two sofas, a dining table and four chairs and a TV with 34 channels of Sky, UK broadcast and Spanish broadcast channels.

Double Bedrooms 2 double bedrooms, both with double bed and built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms One large sunny bathroom

Kitchen The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, microwave, standard oven and halogen hob, toaster, kettle and ample cupboard space.

Terraces A large balcony with views of the sea, Santa Pola and Tabarca opens off the living area. The balcony overlooks the pool. The flat also has a large private roof terrace.

Parking/garages No private parking - plenty of unrestricted street parking

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing

Low Season 1st Nov. to 31st Mar. - £ 150 (220 €) per week

Mid Season 1st Apr. to 30th Jun. - £ 200 (290 €) per week

High Season 1st Jul. to 31st Oct - £ 250 (360 €) per week

Long lets - Out of Season - Price on Application

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is also required 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
