Apartment Details

Located in a quiet area of La Marina, 20 minutes drive south of Alicante. La Marina is noted for its fine, unspoilt beaches which are approximately 10 min drive away. There are many bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa. La Marina has an open air market on Thursday and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00.

A frequent bus service runs to Alicante, Guardamar, Elche and other local towns

A car is recommended for this villa.

Lounge The lounge/dining room area has a dining table and four chairs as well as a three seater sofa bed. There is a TV with a full cable service including sports, movies, music, childrens channels, as well as BBC & ITV channels. There is also a DVD/Video player and a CD player. All rooms have ceiling fans and there are two portable air-con units for the hot summer days and two electric heaters and a calor gas fire for the cooler winter evenings.

Dining Room No seperate dining room

Double Bedrooms There are three double bedrooms, all with single beds, each bedroom has built in wardrobes and a bedside cabinet with a lamp. A hairdryer is provided for your use. There are two sets of bedding, provided for each bed.

Single Bedrooms None

Bathrooms The Main bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The shower room on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, toliet and sink. Towels are provided for use in the bathrooms.

Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a full oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine (so no need to bring too many clothes). The hot water boiler is also situated in the kitchen, above the fridge.

Terraces Outside, there is a Solarium/Sun Terrace on the roof and a Balcony/Sun Terrace outside the main bedroom, there is also a patio area outside the front door and a driveway if you decide to hire a car. There are tables, chairs and umbrellas provided for use outside as well as childrens water play equipment.

Garden The villa is surounded by tiled terraces.

Parking/garages The villa has a paved drive way.

Pool The Communal pool is across the road. It is kept locked at all times and each villa is provided with their own key.

Kitchen stocked with a complete set of glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing

May/June £ 215 (400 €) a week
July/August/September £ 325 (475 €) a week
October to April £ 205 (300 €) a week
Shorter lets can also be arranged off peak - long weekends or mid-week breaks

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is also required 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
