Apartment Details

This villa is located in the prestigious Zeniamar development in Punta Prima. Zeniamar is approximately 1 mile from beautiful sandy beaches. A good range of shops and restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk. Superb golf courses including the Villamartin Golf Club, a water park, go-karting and the new american style shopping mall; the Habaneras centre, are all close by. The villa is approximately 45 minutes drive south of Alicante airport or 30 minutes drive from Murcia airport.

A car is recommended for this villa.

Lounge The villa has a spacious lounge/diner with a Hi-Fi system and a TV with Sky and UK broadcast channels.

Dining Room No seperate dining room

Double Bedrooms 3 double bedrooms containing either a double or twin beds and ample storage space. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and one bedroom contains a safe.

Single Bedrooms None

Bathrooms Two bathrooms

Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The villa also has a utility room with a washing machine and an additional sink.

Terraces A terrace with chairs and table on the ground floor and a large sunny roof terrace.

Garden No Garden; the external areas are terraced or gravelled.

Parking/garages No private parking - plenty of unrestricted street parking

Pool A large communal pool only a few yards from the villa.

Additional Details
Fully furnished with linen and towels.
TV with a range of English and Spanish channels.
Kitchen stocked with a complete set of glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing

May/June : £ 270 (415 €) per week

July/August : £ 320 (490 €) per week

September : £ 270 (415 €) per week

October to April : £ 210 (320 €) per week

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is also required 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
