Apartment Details

A two bedroom apartment sleeping 4 in central Torrevieja.

Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are all close by. The marina is only 5 minutes walk away and beaches are approximately a 15 minute walk.

Torrevieja is 40 minutes by car from Alicante Airport and 50 minutes from Murcia airport.

The apartment in on the fourth floor in a building with a lift. A car is not necessarry for a holiday in this apartment.

Lounge Large lounge with integral kitchen. The lounge contains a sofa, coffee table, dining table and four chairs.

Dining Room No seperate dining room

Double Bedrooms One double bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobe.

Single Bedrooms One twin bedroom containing two single beds.

Bathrooms One large bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen American kitchen integral to the living area with a fridge/freezer, microwave, waqshingmachine, cooker and cupboards.

Terraces A large balcony with a table and four chairs.

Garden No Garden

Parking/garages
No private parking. Street parking is available although streets in central Torrevieja can be crowded in the Summer. However, a car is no necessary for a holiday in this apartment.

Pool Communal pool with an area for children. The pool is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Kitchen stocked with a complete set of glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Airport Collection and other trips
Either Trevor or David will always be available to collect you from the airport. We will ensure that you find your way safe and sound to your rental property. If you are hiring a car we can also meet you at an agreed point and lead you to your rental property. We'll take you back to the airport at the end of your stay as well.
Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
We are also available to show you around when you are here; to take you to and from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We know the area well, and can plan half and whole day excursions for you if required. Ask us about local trips and days out when we meet you at the start of your holiday.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing

January to May : £ 210 (320 €) per week

June, July and August : £ 290 (440 €) per week

September to December : £ 210 (320 €) per week

Long lets - Out of Season - Price on Application

Payment and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
A refundable key deposit of £ 100 is required prior to the start of the rental period. The key deposit is refunded after the rental period on the confirmation of our local agent that here have been no breakages or losses.
