Terms of Business

Properties can either be under full management by Trevor Jones Property Management, or advertised only.

If you choose full management, we will handle all promotion, bookings, cleaning, and meet & greet services according to the terms laid out below.

Alternatively, for a set annual fee, you can advertise your property on this site, but continue to manage the bookings, guests and maintenance yourself.

Properties under full management

• All new properties for management must be viewed prior to any agreement. Photographs will be taken and property details will be collected during the viewing.
• We will advertise your property free on this web site, with the proviso that we handle reservations and retain a 25% fee for firm bookings.
• Long term bookings incur a fee of 100 € per month or 15% of each months rent, whichever is lowest.
• We must be advised of confirmed reservations made through other channels within 24 hours.
• We will require a full set of keys to the property.
• Properties must be supplied with a minumum of three sets of linen and towels for all bedroom and bathrooms.
• Guest change over charges including laundry
  1 bed property - 35 €
  2 bed property - 45 €
  3 bed property - 50 €
  4 bed property - 60 €
  (These charges assume one family bathroom and one en suite bathroom for 2, 3 and 4 bed properties)
  supplement for roof terraces - 10 €
  supplement for extra bathrooms/toilets - 10 €
  supplement for each additional change of linen and towels after the first week - 10 €
  
• Properties can be removed from management with 30 days notice from either party.

Properties Advertised on this, site but managed by their Owners

• Trevor will take 9 photographs.
• He will also collect details of the accomodation and contact details to appear on the web site. All other contact details will remain private.
• Owners will be responsible for their own bookings and maintenance.
• The web site is promoted on Google, Yahoo, MSN, Aardvark and a range of other internet search engines, as well as in newspapers in the UK and Spain.
• Advertising charges are annual.
• Charges for advertising only are 150 € (£ 100 ) p.a.
• Owners can make up to 6 minor changes per year, i.e. changing a photo, a phone number or a piece of text, at an additional charge of 35 € p.a.
• Owners must provide notice by mail or email, 30 days prior to the annual renewal date, if they do not intend to renew.
