Please note that the following terms apply to all rental bookings.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is payable immediately on booking to reserve the accomodation. The balance of the full amount is due six weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.
- Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.
- Notification of arrival at Alicante or Murcia airport must be made to the following number (0034) 6188 97721. This notification must be made before departing from the airport.
- Notification of flight delays must also be made to this number. A faliure to advise us of a delay may mean that you cannot be met immediatly on your arrival at the property.
- We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance and that you bring your European Health Insurance Card.
- Please note that neither the property owners nor the managing agent hold themselves responsible for any loss associated with or arising from accident, theft, fire or criminal activity during your stay.
- Properties must vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Arrivals must must not be before 1 p.m.
