Although there is no obligation to buy, our inspection trips are designed to cater for the serious buyer only. The emphasis is on viewing the area and properties intensively and discussing the legal and administrative side of your purchases. If you are not genuinely interested in buying a property, you would find the trip boring. It would be a waste of both our time and yours. Before you arrive. Please have your finances prepared before your inspection trip, and arrange to bring with you a deposit of up to 5000 € to stop your chosen property being sold to anyone else.
