Inspection Trip Details

Inspection trips last for either 3 days or 4 days (2 nights and 3 nights respectively).

3 DAY TRIPS - Arrive Monday and depart on Wednesday, or arrive Tuesday and depart Thursday for a 2 night stay.

4 DAY TRIPS - Arrive Monday and depart Thursday, or arrive Tuesday and depart Friday for a 3 night stay.

Sorry, we cannot cater for trips on Saturday or Sunday. We have no accommodation facilities for week-ends.

THE COST OF A TRIP IS ONLY € 75 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. This includes:

• Accommodation for the duration of the trip.
• Meals which include breakfast, a light lunch and dinner.
• Coffee, tea and cold drinks during the day.
• Collection from the airport and return to the airport at the end of the trip.
• Coffee and tea facilites at the accommodation.
• All trip planning and viewing preparation.
• Conducted tours of properties on the itinerary.
• Introduction to an English speaking solicitor (introductions to mortgage agents can also be arranged).

All meals are at a restaurant or café with Trevor or a member of his team. (A light breakfast in your accommodation before Trevor arrives is recommended.)

THESE COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON COMPLETION OF A SALE WITH TREVOR.

These costs do not include flights which you arrange and pay for yourself. Trevor arranges everthing else.

On Completion

Three to four weeks later, when you return to complete the sale we will collect you from the airport on the day before, and take you to dinner. Accomodation at a small hotel will usually cost you about € 55 per night. The next morning we will take you to the Notary's office. Completion of a sale is always carried out in front of a Notary in Spain. For the remainder of your stay, you will have the pleasure of staying in your new home. When you are ready we will return you to the airport.
