Property Inspection Trip Itinerary

A typical four day trip is laid out below. Three day trips follow a similar patern.

Day 1

On arrival at the airport, Trevor will collect you and take you to your accomodation. He will leave you for an hour so that you can unpack and refresh yourselves. Depending on the time of day, we will then go for a light lunch. We can spend the afternoon looking at the area to give you an idea of this lovely country, it's friendliness, the fine beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. (If we have time we can also look at a property or two.) Trevor will then arrange for a time to go out to dinner and take you back to your accomodation so that you can relax for a while.

Day 2

Trevor will call at 10 am after you have had breakfast and take you to meet associates with whom specific property viewings have been arranged. We will view the properties, have a light lunch and then continue with the viewings in the afternoon.. We will continue to show you properties until 6 or 7 p.m. Trevor will then arange a time to meet for dinner and take you back to your accomodation. The evening meal will usually be at 9 p.m.

Day 3

As on day 2, we will call at 10 am and then resume viewing properties after breakfast. We will break from viewings to take coffee and visit a variety of local cafes along the way. After a light lunch, we will continue viewing properties if you have not yet seen something that you like. Alternatively we can revisit a property you have seen and liked for a second viewing. In the evening, Trevor will take you out to dinner as on the previous days.

Day 4

Depending on your departure times (hopefully not an early flight), we can have breakfast then finish any business with solicitors, banks or agents regarding a purchase prior to lunch. We'll then have lunch on the promenade at Gurdamar or Torrevieja before returnig you to the airport for your flight home.

If like some previous clients, you find and purchase a property in the first two days, you will be able to relax and enjoy your time in Spain for the remainder of your visit.
