What do we do next?

  • Agree a comfortable budget and a timescale.
  • Contact me for additional information on any property that is of interest. (I will put together a complete viewing package for your visit.)
  • Discuss options for travel dates with me.
  • Inspection trips cost 75 € per person per night, with a maximum of 2 people.
  • You book your own flights. Alicante airport is the best situated.
  • I arrange your accomodation, food, beverages and collection from and return to the airport, free of charge.
  • Inspection trips are over either 3 or 4 days, between Monday and Friday. Unfortunately, we have no accommodation facilities on Saturday or Sunday, so we can't cater for week-ends.
  • You travel to Spain and view the area, see the properties that are of interest and visit local facilities with me.
  • Return to Spain 3 to 4 weeks later to complete your purchase (once your offer is accepted things usually run like clockwork in Spain; no gazumping here!).
  • Trevor Jones will act for you in Spain. I am am your representative, not an agent for the builder or promoter. My independent status allows you the peace of mind that all your needs will be catered for. My future business lies in the hands of my existing customers.
